Industrial & Domestic Gas Meters
Since 2003 we have been working with this long standing customer to support them with routine electrical maintenance throughout their plant on one day per week basis. In addition to minimizing downtime due to electrical malfunctions, this project has involved the full documenting of all the many and disparate electrical circuits that have evolved over fifty years of manufacturing on the site. This has enabled us to minimize downtime and vastly improve the efficiency of the site. We have an extremely close working relationship with the engineers and are now given a weekly list of maintenance jobs to carry out by their Production Managers. Our work with them has expanded to include hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanical repairs and we are regularly consulted on general engineering issues as a key partner in their team. The customer's site is now running more efficiently than ever before, the trust and respect between ourselves and the client is second to none and they see us as an ongoing integral partner in the maintenance of their site, so much so that they have recently asked us to attend site two days a week.
